The Booty Band Kit 

Of course, booty bands come number #1 on our list! Booty bands are literally essential for training whether it's at the gym OR at home! Booty bands provide resistance so that you can warm up your muscles, help activate your glutes, and can even be added to exercises to increase the exercise intensity. 

The Booty Band Kit contains three booty bands of varying levels of resistance so you’re able to use different resistance levels depending on the exercise. You’ll notice booty bands in allootttt of the WBK FIT workouts - so trust us, they are essential!

Ankle Straps 

If you’re a gym gal, ankle straps are a GAME-CHANGER! Ankle Straps are the perfect addition to your workout routine if you’re looking to build your glutes 😉  Simply attach the ankle straps around your ankle and to the cable machine, so you can do our fav booty-building exercises such as cable kickbacks and cable standing abductions. Most gyms do not have ankle straps available, so bringing your own is essential!

Barbell Pad 

This is another essential if you train at the gym! We all know that aching feeling on your hips from the heavy weight of the barbell whilst doing hip thrusts or glute bridges - but you’ll never have to experience that pain again with the barbell pad! Made with high density, compressive foam to absorb impact and support barbell weight, you’ll be able to build your peach in ultimate comfort 🍑

The Loop Band 

The Loop Band is SO underrated - if you haven’t used it before, you need to! Whether you train at the gym or home, the loop band can be used to intensify exercises, increase muscle activation, or even make certain exercises, like pull ups, more achievable! You’ll notice plenty of exercises using the loop band in the THICC challenge (especially in the home workouts!). Our fave glute building exercises with the loop band are good mornings, and double banded hip thrusts!

Jump Rope 

The Jump Rope will become your essential training bestie! Using a jump rope is perfect for increasing endurance, agility and total body conditioning. Jump rope is super convenient and portable, making it the perfect addition to your gym or home training! You’ll notice jump rope exercises in the thicc challenge - it’s a guaranteed way to get your heart rate up and help get slim thicc!
