1. Write down your goals
The first step to achieving something is to actually be clear about what exactly you want to achieve. Do you want to improve your cardio fitness? Grow your peach? Focus on fat loss? Whatever it is, write it down!
Don’t forget to take non-aesthetic goals into consideration too! Improving who you are on the inside is just as important as your fitty goals. Maybe you want to boost your confidence or increase your energy - whatever it is, right it down!
If you find setting goals a little confusing, remember - the more specific you can be with your goals, the better! Your goal should be something that can easily be assessed for progress, such as an increase in booty size, or a reduction in waist measurement. This way you can monitor your progress and see results!
2. Establish your plan
You’ve set your goals… so now what? You need to figure out what you need to do to make those goals a reality! When it comes to goals, planning how you are going to incorporate exercise and healthy eating into your routine is a must. Remember - fitness needs to become part of your lifestyle to see long-term results!
You may need to reassess your current lifestyle and see where you can change things to be able to make more healthy choices. Ask yourself… how are you going to achieve your goal? Then create a plan! Let’s say your goal is to grow your peach. Your plan may be to exercise 5x a week, and eat six meals a day!
3. Make a commitment to yourself
It’s easy to say you want to achieve something, but the challenge really is committing to it! It takes time to see changes when it comes to your physique. You’ll need to be committed to forming better habits in your daily routine so you can actually see the results. The key here is to stay patient, and remember that consistency is more important than perfection!
