With summer right around the corner, NOW is the time to start working on your fitty gainz. Here is everything you need to know!

What does GET PEACHY include?

GET PEACHY is completely accessed via the WBK FIT app. Challenge includes: 

  • 6x workouts per week with both GYM and HOME options so you can get your peachy gainz no matter where you are.
  • 8 Week Meal Plan - choose 4, 5 or 6 meals per day, vegan or regular eating preference, and access to PLENTY of healthy, delicious recipes. The ‘SWAP’ option allows you to choose a different meal based on what you’re craving or have available.
  • Training, nutrition, and mindset tips written by our WBK FIT experts to empower you with the knowledge to help you along your journey.
  • Access to our EXCLUSIVE FB group where you can be part of our WBK FIT community and chat to other #WBKgirls doing the challenge.
  • PRIZE POOL: Win the TRIP OF A LIFETIME! We're treating you and your BFF on a weekend away to the BAHAMAS, from anywhere in the world! ✈️🏝 Plus, we're giving away fortnightly prizes all throughout the Peachy challenge!
What are the workouts like?

GET PEACHY is designed to help you grow your glutes and snatch that waist so you can become the most confident version of yourself. 

The workouts are mainly strength-based to help reshape your bod and grow your glutes. Yes, you will be challenged, but we guarantee you’ll have A LOT of fun working out with our trainers  along the way! 

You can swap between GYM and HOME at any time - all you’ll need for home workouts are dumbbells, booty bands, the loop band, & jump rope.

Each week, you will do:

  • 3x lower body days (glute-focused)
  • 2x upper body + core
  • 1x (optional) HIIT + arms.
What are the meals like?

Girrlllss, we’ve got some INCREDIBLE recipes for you! Our expert nutritionists have added 20+ NEW exciting recipes to get your taste buds salivating and satisfy your every craving. All meals are nutritionally balanced to ensure you are getting the nutrients you need in a healthy way. 

Customize your nutrition by: 

  • Picking between regular or vegan meal plan 
  • Picking how many meals and snacks per day you’d like in your meal plan (4, 5, or 6 meals)
  • Don’t like a recipe on your meal plan? No problem! Swap your meal to another meal on our WBK FIT recipe database
Which supplements will help me?

We strongly recommend using protein powders (either BLESSED or OXYWHEY). You need enough protein to fuel your muscle growth. Some recipes in your meal plan use protein powder as an ingredient - so we recommend grabbing some before the challenge starts.

We also recommend using the world famous thermogenic fat burner, OXYSHRED to help you slim down that waist and create that snatched physique.  OXYSHRED also acts as an amazing pre-workout to give you the energy you need to train your best.
