Heeyy girls! I’m Hailee, and I’m a personal trainer from Houston, TX 🇺🇸. I’ve always been active growing up, but my love for fitness really began when I started playing sports in college. I absolutely LOVE training, but more importantly, I love how exercise has the ability to transform and strengthen the mind.

MY FITTY JOURNEY
When I was playing sports in college, we had this pressure to stay at a certain weight, which was not cool at all… I started developing a really bad relationship with food and fitness. I hardly ate, worked out multiple times a day, and most of all, I was SO MISERABLE!
It wasn’t until I started researching and looking more into exercise and nutrition. And let me tell you, EDUCATION is KEY! I realized calories aren’t bad, building muscle is cool, cellulite IS okay, and fitness should be giving you MORE life, not depriving yourself of it!
It’s been a rollercoaster journey since then. I’ve come a long way, and this is the best I’ve ever felt mentally and physically. I’m much more in tune with my body. I’ve learned to have a flexible approach to fitness and nutrition.

MY TRAINING STYLE
My workouts are all about improving functional fitness, building strength, and boosting athletic performance. I love incorporating both heavy lifting and HIIT exercises into my sessions to maximize muscle growth whilst decreasing body fat. I like to mix things up and keep things fresh - workouts should be effective but FUN at the same time y’all!
My training programs will incorporate both heavy lifting days as well as HIIT circuits to help build muscle and improve cardiovascular fitness. Lower body days will focus on building the quads and glutes, whilst upper body days will focus on strengthening and sculpting your back. I also include core exercises at the end of every workout to keep my waist looking snatched. I can’t wait to launch my own program soon with WBK FIT!
