Chocolate Protein Brownies

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • ⅓ cup oat flour 
  • ¾ cup almond butter 
  • ¼  cup cocoa powder 
  • ½ cup OxyWhey Delicious Chocolate 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ tsp salt 

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C). Line a 8x8 baking dish with baking paper. 
  2. Mash banana and add it to a large bowl. Add almond butter, cocoa powder, oat flour, OxyWhey, vanilla extract and salt into the bowl. Mix until well combined. Add chocolate chips and stir through. 
  3. Pour batter into your prepared baking dish and spread evenly. 
  4. Bake for approximately 40 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Once cool, cut into squares and enjoy!

Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop OxyWhey Vanilla Ice Cream 
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ whole banana
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Method 

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy! 

Peanut Butter Protein Cookies 
Ingredients 

  • ½ cup OxyWhey Peanut Butter Puffs 
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup granulated stevia 
  • 1 whole egg 
  • 1 egg white 
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp baking soda 
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour 
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Method 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper. 
  2. Add peanut butter, stevia, whole egg, egg white, baking soda and vanilla extract into a bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Add OxyWhey and coconut flour and mix until well. Continue to mix until a dough-like consistency is achieved. Stir through chocolate chips. 
  4. Using your hands, roll dough into balls and place onto a baking sheet. Press the tops of the dough down to form cookie shape. 
  5. Bake for approximately 8 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden brown. 
  6. Place on a wire rack and allow to cool. Enjoy!

Choc Caramel Bliss Balls 
Ingredients 

  • ½ cup OxyWhey Choc Caramel 
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey 
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract 
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder 

Method 

  1. Place peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract into a bowl and mix to combine. 
  2. Add OxyWhey and cocoa powder into the bowl and mix through. 
  3. Use your hands to roll mixture into small balls. Place on a try in the fridge to set. Serve!

Raspberry Smoothie 
Ingredients

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
