DO I TAKE MY BOOSTERS ON AN EMPTY STOMACH OR WITH FOOD?

We recommend taking the Boosters with food as the ingredients are active and may upset an empty stomach.

IS IT SAFE TO HAVE MY BOOSTERS WITH MY MEDICINE AND/OR OTHER VITAMINS?

We recommend consulting your doctor before taking the Boosters with other medication. We do not recommend taking with charcoal as the Boosters will not be properly absorbed. We also do not recommend taking the Healthy Hair Boosters within 2 hours of your iron supplement, as they compete for absorption inside the body.

CAN I TAKE THE BOOSTERS IF I'M PREGNANT/BREASTFEEDING?

We recommend seeking advice from your doctor first, generally, we do not advise this for pregnant women but it is generally okay for women who are breastfeeding and post-partum.

HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO TAKE THE BOOSTERS BEFORE YOU SEE RESULTS?

This is different for everyone as there are so many factors that come into consideration, but generally after daily consumption of 3 to 8 weeks.

Please note that any products must be in an undamaged, unworn condition with all labels & product swing tags attached for you to be able to return them. Supplement products must be returned in their original, undamaged, sealed packaging, with the original packing slip and must be in a re-saleable condition. All apparel should be tried on over underwear, and where applicable with swimwear fittings without removing the protective adhesive strip. In the interests of hygiene, returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or where it is obvious the items have been worn and may be sent back to the customer. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 14 days of receiving items.
