Our OG THICC challenge is back bbs - but NEW & IMPROVED! THICC has been given a total revamp to help you shape your booty, snatch that waist, and transform your curves all within 8 weeks! 

THICC brings all four of our WBK FIT trainers together to bring you totally fun and effective workouts to give you the slim thicc figure you’ve been dreaming of. Get ready to transform your exercise routine, eating habits, and sculpt your best hourglass bod - it’s gonna be LIT! 🔥 

What does THICC really mean?

THICC is all about achieving an hourglass body shape - round glutes, tight waist, feminine curves… it’s about getting gainz in all the right places 😉

What does the THICC challenge include?

THICC is an 8 week challenge accessed through the WBK FIT app. It includes:

  • 6x workouts per week to give you that booty pump, tight waist and sexy curves 😉 
  • 8 weeks of totally delicious regular or vegan meal plans to fuel your gainz
  • Educational tips from our trainers to help you along with your journey 
  • A private community forum where you can chat to other #WBKgirls doing the challenge
  • $5000 PRIZE POOL! 4 x transformation winners will be chosen by each of our trainers! Winners will receive USD $1000 cash, plus a $250 gift voucher to spend on WBK!

What are the workouts like?

Firstly, y’all can get access to both GYM and HOME workouts so you can train no matter where you are!

Workouts are strength-based to build lean muscle, with some HIIT workouts included to help get slim thicc. 

The training split per week is: 

  • 1 x lower body strength session
  • 1x lower body strength & HIIT session
  • 1 x glutes & core session
  • 2 x upper body strength session
  • 1 x challenge day workout: every week you’ll receive a challenge workout super starring one of our trainers to help push you to the max. Your glutes will be thanking us after the squat challenge day 😉
How are all four trainers integrated? 

Katya, Daisy, Elise, AND our newest trainer, Hailee have come together to bring you thicc workouts suited to their speciality! 

There will be exercises from all four trainers within each workout session. Over the 8 weeks, you will get 2 challenge days from each trainer individually to get to experience each trainer's style a little better!

What are the meals like?

Trust us, you will be eating like a QUEEN. Your meal plan will be filled with mouth-watering, nourishing, fun meals for both the regular and vegan meal plan! 

You get to customize your nutrition by: 

  • Pick between regular or vegan meal plan 
  • Pick how many meals and snacks per day you’d like in your meal plan
  • Don’t like a recipe on your meal plan? No problem! Swap your meal to another meal on our WBK FIT recipe database!
