#1 Lift them weights and do just the right amount of cardio

To build that booty, you need to be lifting weights… heavy weights. The weight you lift needs to be challenging enough where you can still perform the recommended number of reps without compromising your form. Resistance training will help sculpt your body in unimaginable ways!

Too much cardio will kill your glute gains, but not enough cardio will make it hard to slim your waist. We’ve perfected the exact amount of weights + cardio for you to do in order to achieve the ultimate bikini bod in our BIKINI BOOTY challenge!

#2 Nail your nutrition

When it comes to calories, if you wish to lose more than 15lbs, we recommend eating in a calorie deficit. This means you’ll be burning more calories than you eat per day. If you are happy with your body fat percentage and wish to build that booty, then you’ll need to eat more calories than you burn per day.
