Vegan Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Blessed Protein Vanilla Chai
- ¼ cup flour of choice (all purpose, buckwheat etc)
- 1 banana
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1-2 tbsp almond milk
- Olive oil cooking spray
Method:
- Peel banana and mash banana with a fork. Add to a large bowl with Blessed protein powder, flour and baking powder. Mix to combine.
- Add almond milk and mix until a thick batter consistency forms.
- Spray a non-stick frying pan with olive oil cooking spray and place on the stove over medium heat. Once hot, add a ladleful of pancake batter. Cook for 2 minutes per side or until bubbles appear on the top. Carefully flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve pancakes with nut butter, maple syrup and your favorite fruit.
Cinnamon Spice Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Blessed Protein Cinnamon Churros
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ tsp nutmeg
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend, pour into a glass and enjoy!
Blessed Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Blessed Protein Choc Coconut
- ½ whole avocado
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- ¼ cup coconut milk
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour mousse into a small bowl and place into the fridge for 1-2 hours until chilled. Serve!
Strawberry Protein Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Blessed Protein Strawberry Mylk
- ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup finely shredded coconut
For decoration:
- 2 tbsp freeze dried strawberries
- 1 tbsp finely shredded coconut
Method:
- Add Blessed protein and shredded coconut into a blender or food processor and pulse a few times.
- Add almond milk and pulse until it becomes a dough consistency.
- Roll the dough into balls about 1 tbsp in size.
- In a small bowl, combine freeze dried strawberries and shredded coconut.
- Roll each ball into the mixture so it is coated.
- Keep the balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve!
Blueberry & Banana Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Blessed Protein Vanilla Chai
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- ⅔ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
Method:
- In a microwave safe bowl, mix oats, water, and blueberries together. Microwave for 90 seconds on high.
- Remove from microwave. Whilst it is cooling, peel and slice banana.
- When oats have cooled slightly, stir through the Blessed protein powder.
- Top with sliced banana. Enjoy!
