Vegan Protein Pancakes

Ingredients: 

  • 1 scoop Blessed Protein Vanilla Chai 
  • ¼ cup flour of choice (all purpose, buckwheat etc)
  • 1 banana 
  • ½ tsp baking powder 
  • 1-2 tbsp almond milk 
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Method: 

  1. Peel banana and mash banana with a fork. Add to a large bowl with Blessed protein powder, flour and baking powder. Mix to combine. 
  2. Add almond milk and mix until a thick batter consistency forms. 
  3. Spray a non-stick frying pan with olive oil cooking spray and place on the stove over medium heat. Once hot, add a ladleful of pancake batter. Cook for 2 minutes per side or until bubbles appear on the top. Carefully flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
  4. Serve pancakes with nut butter, maple syrup and your favorite fruit. 
Cinnamon Spice Smoothie

Ingredients: 

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend, pour into a glass and enjoy!
Blessed Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour mousse into a small bowl and place into the fridge for 1-2 hours until chilled. Serve! 
Strawberry Protein Balls

Ingredients:

For decoration: 

  • 2 tbsp freeze dried strawberries
  • 1 tbsp finely shredded coconut 

Method: 

  1. Add Blessed protein and shredded coconut into a blender or food processor and pulse a few times. 
  2. Add almond milk and pulse until it becomes a dough consistency. 
  3. Roll the dough into balls about 1 tbsp in size. 
  4. In a small bowl, combine freeze dried strawberries and shredded coconut. 
  5. Roll each ball into the mixture so it is coated. 
  6. Keep the balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve!
Blueberry & Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients:

Method: 

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, mix oats, water, and blueberries together. Microwave for 90 seconds on high. 
  2. Remove from microwave. Whilst it is cooling, peel and slice banana. 
  3. When oats have cooled slightly, stir through the Blessed protein powder. 
  4. Top with sliced banana. Enjoy!
