#WBKgirl Brianna, started her journey with WBK FIT this year, having completed the Peach Please challenge. Having been overweight during her teen years, Brianna had successfully lost weight in the past - but she really needed a little extra help toning up her bod and losing a few extra pounds. 

Eating healthy seemed to be Brianna’s biggest challenge… that was until she found WBK FIT! Brianna was able to eat DELICIOUS meals whilst training hard to build strength, tighten her waist and boost her confidence. The results speak for themselves! 

Health & Fitness Journey 

“I had struggled with my weight since high school. I liked working out, but food is really where I was struggling. I had always found it hard to eat clean and avoid sweets. But I knew it was time for me to stop making excuses, make a change and work on myself.” 

Seeing Results 

Not only did I lose some pounds, but my waist and hip measurements decreased as well throughout the 8 week challenge! I’ve been struggling with toning after I lost weight a couple years ago and this program has definitely made a difference in such little time.”
