Why I created RUN with Elise Program

3 years ago, if you told me that I’d fall in love with running, and that I would finish an ENTIRE marathon, I would’ve said you’re crazy… but that’s exactly what I did!
I first started running as a way to simply move more & sit less. Being 236 pounds back then wasn’t easy - I’d drip with sweat and become out of breath just from walking. I didn’t really know where to start.
Running my first 3 miles was a major milestone for me. I wish I had a program to guide me through - which is why I created RUN with Elise!

Walking turned into jogging, and before I knew it, I had run my first 3 miles. I set even bigger goals.
Running became part of my lifestyle, and it led me to my first ever marathon - yes, I ran 26 miles! RUN with Elise combines jogging, sprinting and strength training in and out of the gym. I’ve worked with my team of exercise physiologists and expert nutritionists to ensure the most effective program that takes into account what I’ve learned along the way to get you up and running.
Soon enough, you’ll run your first 3 miles. I’ll see you at the finish line.
