Workouts By Katya caters to your goals, so it can be either a muscle gain, maintenance or weight loss app depending on the goal that you choose upon signing up. If you are new to the health and fitness scene then do not worry, my meal plans provide you with enough education that they can be perfectly suited to muscle gain or weight loss for beginners (as well as anyone more intermediate or advanced).
